He provides technical guidance to integrated vendors and their system providers, ensuring that they have the information necessary to integrate WIC EBT and certify their POS. He has been instrumental in making online shopping for WIC Shoppers a reality and has become a subject matter expert in the development of online shopping systems for WIC.

With deep expertise across the payments and banking ecosystem, Sayantan brings a practitioner’s perspective shaped by leadership roles at some of the world’s largest financial institutions. Prior to Fiserv, he served as Global Head of Payments Rails at J.P. Morgan Chase, where he was responsible for core payment infrastructure and networks. He previously led Product for Global Treasury Management at U.S. Bank, driving innovation at the intersection of commercial banking and payments.
Sayantan began his career at Citi in the Global Transactions business, where he held roles spanning Treasury & Trade Solutions, Wealth Management, and Cash Management Operations. This breadth of experience across product, operations, and global payments platforms gives him a unique, end-to-end view of how payments are evolving and how financial institutions can navigate that transformation.

Liz Chaffin has over 30 years of experience in dispute resolution and has been responsible for the global product development and management of Visa’s post-purchase products. With a goal of continuing to evolve and drive improvements in dispute processing for Visa, she has led initiatives that streamlined the process, reduced resolution time, and resulted in operational savings for the ecosystem.
Tom Ormandy is a member of the Financial Services Product Marketing team with ServiceNow. Prior to ServiceNow, Tom served in Product Marketing roles with New York Life Insurance Company, NielsenIQ, and Talkdesk. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Tom now resides in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, and has a 3 year old daughter named Shay and a 1 year old son named Oakley.
Elena Casal is Chief Client Officer at The Clearing House, responsible for creating and managing the holistic experience for its customers and partners. This role includes growing the RTP® network across U.S. financial institutions, evolving the customer engagement model for all TCH payments networks and promoting the company’s work to its diverse target segments.
Elena has deep experience with product and customers in the payments industry. Prior to joining The Clearing House, Elena held regional and global product management positions at FIS, Clear2Pay and Fiserv where she was focused on building products and services across the global enterprise payments landscape. She also worked at the Federal Reserve Bank within the Retail Product Office and Monetary Policy Divisions with a focus on cross-border activities and economic policy in Latin America.
Elena currently serves on the Women in Payments Advisory Board, the P20 Board as well as the Girls on the Run Board. Elena holds a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from Denison University and an M.S. in International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Brigit Carroll is Senior Policy and Campaigns Manager for Americas at Wise where she helps to oversee public affairs and advocacy for the US, Canada and LatAm.
Carolina Caballero is the Global Head of AP Payments and Recon for Amazon Inc. where she is responsible for all payments to Amazon’s Inventory and non-Inventory suppliers across all Amazon entities. She was named amongst American Banker’s (previously Payments Source) Most Influential Women in Payments in 2020.
Previously Carolina was the lead for B2B Payments & Digital Currencies Innovation at Mastercard. Prior to Mastercard, Carolina worked in Citi’s Trade and Transaction Services where she held leadership roles in Global Payments including P&L management, product development, and risk and regulatory.
Carolina was also a supervisor of financial institutions at the Central Bank of Argentina during the 2002 default crisis and a strategy and operations management consultant at Deloitte and Accenture for banks and financial institutions.
Carolina holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business and London Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Florida, Gainesville. She lives with her family in Larchmont, NY and enjoys swimming and painting. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and proficient in Portuguese, French and German.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, and has completed executive programs at institutions including Kellogg, INSEAD, Harvard, and Yale, focused on areas such as Generative AI and Sustainable Finance.
Jenn Burkmier is a dedicated sales professional with over 25 years of experience in sales, lending, loan process flow and insurance. In her current role with TruStage™, she partners with digital lenders and fintechs to help them build portfolio resilience, attract borrowers, and protect against delinquencies.
She started her career at CBC Companies, an Equifax affiliate, in 1996 as a Marketing Representative working closely with customers in her territory to ensure great customer service. After a few years of working with credit unions, Jenn knew she wanted to commit her career to the credit union movement. In 1998, she entered the industry as a New Account Specialist and was later promoted to Manager of Lending and Business Development.
Jenn joined TruStage in 2004 as a Business Consultant, helping credit unions improve their lending processes. That experience helped her evolve into a Lending Sales Specialist, serving large credit unions with a focus on helping them drive income, maintain compliance, and enhance members’ experiences. In 2023, Jenn accepted her current role in Business Development for TruStage’s new Payment Guard Insurance product where she’s helping partners make insurance available to consumers in a frictionless way.
Throughout her career with TruStage, Jenn’s work has been highly valued. She’s a frequent nominee of peer-based awards and has qualified for the Presidents Council several times over the course of her career. As a lifelong learner, Jenn’s most proud of returning to the University of Toledo and completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management in spring of 2022.
