Sabrina is the senior vice president of global fintech programs at Mastercard. She leads the award-winning global startup engagement program, Start Path, which works with select later-stage startups and helps them to scale, leveraging a customized combination of Mastercard’s technology, expertise and channels. These companies cover a diverse set of areas including payments, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, wearables, logistics and financial inclusion.
Prior to Start Path, Sabrina worked in Mastercard’s digital payments organization, where she helped build and commercialize several new payment technologies such as Mastercard’s tokenization platform and Mastercard Send.
Sabrina received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Cornell University with concentrations in technology and entrepreneurship. She has been a volunteer with The Resolution Project since 2014.
Celeste Schwitters leads a national team of sales professionals and is responsible for business development for over 5,000+ US-based community clients as Head of Community Accounts. Her team is comprised of eight regional Vice Presidents, with Account Executives that reside in almost every one of the 50 states, ensuring a local Visa presence. Celeste and her team enable and accelerate payments growth for this set of important clients.
Celeste has been at Visa for 26+ years and has held various positions across the company. Prior to her current role, Celeste managed the North America Client Services team, comprised of 400+ team members providing industry leading operational and implementation support to Visa’s North American clients. Earlier in her career, fostering her passion for community accounts, Celeste worked for the Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA) in Washington D.C.

asturi Mudulodu leads GoDaddy’s commerce division, focusing on empowering entrepreneurs with robust ecommerce platforms and innovative point-of-sale systems. These solutions, coupled with competitive payment processing services, are designed to help businesses succeed online and offline, aligning with GoDaddy’s commitment to comprehensive, accessible commerce tools.
Before her current role, Kasturi led product, go-to-market, and risk for GoDaddy’s commerce team. Kasturi joined GoDaddy following the Poynt acquisition, where she led the transition from payment terminals to a payment facilitator. Her career also includes leadership roles in product management at YapStone, Worldpay, and Litle & Co. Her career began as a software engineer, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of the tech and payments industry.
Taira Hall is head of enterprise payments at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. In her role she collaborates and partners closely across Consumer, Business and Commercial lines of business to drive an effective unified payment strategy for Citizens. In addition, she leads the Embedded Finance practice across Citizens. With a penchant for innovation and partnership, Taira has 20 years of banking and payments experience. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Embedded Finance, B2B & Strategic Innovation Executive at FIS. She has a proven track record of building new business lines in high growth areas, and has expertise in fintech, embedded finance and B2B payments.
Hall has held executive leadership roles at Visa and Citigroup focused on developing and deploying market-leading global solutions. She has led the deployment and growth of the Embedded Finance business across BaaS, card issuance and other VAS areas. In 2023, Taira was a nominee for the USA Award Women in Payments and in 2019, was named one of PaymentSource’s “Most Influential Women in Payments,” honoring her accomplishments in the innovation and payments space and as a leader and a mentor of women across the industry.
Broadening financial inclusion around the world has remained one of Taira’s guiding principles throughout her career, and she is committed to supporting organizations that provide for sustainable local impact. She has served on the Board of several organizations, including One Acre Fund and the Peer Health Exchange. Taira holds her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
Paul has oversight over the next generation of digital platforms to provide best in class Online and Mobile capabilities. As part of the digital strategy, Paul is responsible for TD’s API functionality and ensuring TD delivers an open banking infrastructure to support clients and FinTech partnerships. These new and improved capabilities will maximize value and enhance the Customer experience for TD Bank’s Commercial clients.
Paul has more than 15 years of experience in financial services focused on building and scaling digital products as well as developing comprehensive strategies for global banks. He joins TD from J.P. Morgan Chase (JPM), where he was responsible for fintech partnerships and blockchain-based products for its treasury management business. Previously, Paul spent time at PwC where he led risk and capital projects at several global banks. Additionally, Paul founded PwC’s RegTech practice, which uses technology to manage regulatory processes. As a result, Paul formed several partnerships with emerging RegTechs that deploy emerging technology to reduce fraud.
Prior to her new role as Chief Growth Officer, Anna Greenwald was Chief Operating Officer since August 2022. In this role, she spearheads the IT, product, strategy, customer care, agent operations, go-to-market and data insights teams. With a relentless focus on innovation, Anna is extremely passionate about continuing to enhance customer experience.
Previously, Greenwald was Chief Readiness Officer, where she was responsible for leading the Company’s go-to-market strategy, agent network oversight and engagement and global regulatory exam readiness. She joined MoneyGram in 2011, previously holding positions in the Product, Technology and Operations departments.
Prior to joining MoneyGram, Greenwald worked for Boston Scientific, Qumu and other leading technology companies where she led business model transformation, global expansion initiatives, managed merger activities and oversaw compliance remediation efforts.

Lia Cao is a Managing Director, Global Head of Embedded Finance & Solutions at J.P. Morgan Payments in the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). In this role, Lia leads a global product and solutioning team to build and deliver a full suite of innovative and scalable embedded finance products, industry-tailored payment solutions and value-added services that power our clients to transform commerce experiences for their ecosystem participants. The embedded finance product suite ranges from payments to banking solutions. Value-added services include trust & safety and data & analytics. And the industry solutions cover healthcare payment solutions, mobility payment solutions and more.
Prior to this role, Lia co-led the global corporate and e-commerce sales and solutions teams that covered over 2,000 clients globally. The team delivers integrated solutions that meet complex client needs, incorporating all aspects of the firm’s holistic payments offering: Treasury Services, FX, Merchant Acquiring, Commercial Card and Trade.
Prior to that, Lia was the Head of Wholesale Payments Solutions and North America Head of Treasury Services (TS) Corporate Sales at J.P. Morgan. In her solutions role, Lia was responsible for the overall global solution strategy to maximize commercialization of the firm’s capabilities with some of our largest and most strategic global clients. In her sales role, Lia led the NA TS Corporate Sales team across all industry segments, cover over 700 NA headquartered large corporations.
Previously, Lia held various executive roles including the Head of Business Transformation for Treasury Services and Head of CIB Strategy in the Americas. Lia joined J.P. Morgan in 2011 in the Corporate Strategy Group and was responsible for leading many cross line of business initiatives.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Lia worked as an Associate Principal in McKinsey & Company, a leading global management consulting firm. She spent more than five years at McKinsey, serving a wide range of banking and capital markets clients.
Lia holds a Ph.D Degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Urban Economics and Real Estate Finance. She holds Bachelor and Master Degrees from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
Sarah T. Billings is senior vice president and group manager responsible for Global Payments at PNC. In her role, she manages the enterprise payments platforms supporting Treasury Management, Retail, and Capital Markets, among other businesses. Additionally, Billings is responsible for product management for the Treasury Management payments suite and international treasury management products.
Billings leads the strategic planning and execution of a multi-year roadmap that enables PNC clients to take advantage of the latest innovations in payments to power their business functions. Billings and her team have positioned PNC as a leader in payments innovation, as evidenced by award-winning services, such as ePayments (2023 Aite Impact Award for Cash Management and Payments) and Intelligent Routing (2023 Celent Model Bank Awards for Simplifying Payments). Billings was also named one of Chicago’s 2023 Notable Leaders in Finance by Crain’s Chicago Business.
Prior to joining PNC, Billings was the managing director and head of global payments and deposits platforms at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Billings plays an active role in the industry, serving on the Nacha Board of Directors and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s PAY-4th Advisory Group. She also serves on the Women in Payments (WIP) Advisory Board and leads PNC’s sponsorship of the annual WIP Unicorn Challenge, combining her passion for promoting diversity by recognizing women-led fintechs. Billings regularly speaks at national and international conferences, including the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP), Nacha Faster Payments Conference, Women in Payments USA and Canadian Symposia, among others. Matt is responsible for driving the next generation of retail banking payments at JP Morgan Chase. He is responsible for strategy, advocacy and delivery of Payments 2.0 which includes instant payments, Pay by Bank, aggregator-based payments, as well as associated capabilities necessary to safely and securely modernize payments.
Prior to joining Chase, Matt was a Vice President with Visa where he was most recently responsible for both Real-Time Payments and Open Banking Product and Strategy in North America. Previously at Visa, he was Global Strategy and Business Operations Lead for Visa Direct and prior to that he led North America Product Strategy, Initiatives and New Product Development. Matt was also Board Member, on the Executive Committee and Chaired the Network Committee for the U.S. Faster Payments Council.
Before joining Visa in 2015, Matt was a Managing Director at Accenture where he was Global Strategy Lead for Payments as well as Head of Accenture Payment Services in North America. Prior to Accenture, Matt served in a similar role as a Principal at Booz Allen. Matt previously served as Director at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Fiscal Service.
Matt has over 25 years of experience in retail, commercial and cross-border payments covering strategy, customer-centric product development, operations, enterprise risk, digital (mobile, analytics, etc.), large-scale transformation, business process reengineering, operating model development, and supervisory and regulatory structures and compliance. Matt has worked closely with financial institutions, payment networks, retailers, and technology companies in applying his experience as well as at the U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve.
