David is a Lead Value Engineer at Celonis, where he works with some of the largest financial institutions unlocking maximum value through process intelligence and execution management. With a deep background in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making, David partners with C-suite executives and operational leaders to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities in the banking and payments sector. Prior to joining Celonis, David worked at EY and Capco specializing in large scale digital transformation and process optimization, with a focus on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Tiffany is well-versed in developing strategic plans while maintaining compliance with global standards and regulations to ensure business growth and development. Oban MacTavish is a co-founder and CEO at Spade, the fastest and most accurate provider of real-time merchant intelligence for the card ecosystem. From a young age, Oban was interested in the finance industry, starting out as a teenage investor during his high school years, a hobby that continued throughout his studies at the University of British Columbia. Immediately after his college graduation, he founded the financial advisement platform Hubly, where he focused on strategically building distribution agreements with multinational tax filers and insurance companies. The launch of Hubly also marked the start of a series of successful startup ventures for Oban, his cofounder and longtime friend Cooper Hart, who served as the first engineering hire at Hubly and now holds the CTO title at Spade, and Tess Bloch. Changing course during the pandemic, Oban left Hubly to begin consulting for fintech companies, and it was during this time he became exposed to just how many challenges exist within the financial data sector, particularly merchant transaction data. As Spade’s CEO Oban has led the company’s strategy since inception, guiding Spade through its Y Combinator participation and fundraising efforts, with its most recent Series A led by Flourish Ventures. Outside of building Spade, Oban loves to run and to try new recipes in the kitchen.

Anand Natarajan is a Managing Director and Treasury Sales Officer at Bank of America in the Insurance & Specialty Finance team, where he partners with card networks, third-party payment processors, and fintechs to design and scale global payment and collection solutions. He brings over 18 years of experience across treasury, payments, and transaction banking.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Anand was Head of Cash Management Sales for Technology and Fintech at Standard Chartered in San Francisco, working closely with high-growth platforms and global networks across the U.S., EMEA, and Asia. He began his career at Deutsche Bank, spending 12 years in Corporate and Transaction Banking before moving to Standard Chartered in 2019.

Prior to her new role as Chief Growth Officer, Anna Greenwald was Chief Operating Officer since August 2022. In this role, she spearheads the IT, product, strategy, customer care, agent operations, go-to-market and data insights teams. With a relentless focus on innovation, Anna is extremely passionate about continuing to enhance customer experience.

Previously, Greenwald was Chief Readiness Officer, where she was responsible for leading the Company’s go-to-market strategy, agent network oversight and engagement and global regulatory exam readiness. She joined MoneyGram in 2011, previously holding positions in the Product, Technology and Operations departments.

Prior to joining MoneyGram, Greenwald worked for Boston Scientific, Qumu and other leading technology companies where she led business model transformation, global expansion initiatives, managed merger activities and oversaw compliance remediation efforts.

Greenwald holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, a Master of Science from Metropolitan State University, and a Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State University.

Jose Fernandez da Ponte, is the Senior Vice President of PayPal’s Digital Currencies business. Fernandez da Ponte joined PayPal in June 2019 and assumed his current role in January 2021. Prior to this position, he led PayPal’s Global Business Development team, started the company’s early efforts in crypto and participated in PayPal’s geographic expansion to China and Latin America. He has been involved in cryptocurrencies since 2015, including as EVP of the New Digital Businesses unit of BBVA driving financial applications of decentralized protocols. He is a member of the Global Future Council on Cryptocurrencies at the World Economic Forum and part of the Advisory Board at Blockchain Capital. In addition to his work on digital currencies, he has 15 years of experience in payments and banking in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Before PayPal and BBVA, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and a member of the Board of Directors of low-cost airline clickair.

As Head of Product Partnerships at Coinbase, Mark Troianovski leads Coinbase’s business teams responsible for all international expansion, new product commercialization and partnerships, product distribution, go-to-market efforts, and growth of our financial infrastructure. Previously, Mark helped lead payments business development efforts at Coinbase, including all new bank and fintech partners since 2021. Prior to Coinbase, he was a product marketing manager at Google, responsible for Google Pay internationally. Mark graduated from Georgetown University with degrees in Government, Economics, and Chinese.

Sara Sisenwein serves as the Senior Director of Treasury Operations at Binance.US, bringing extensive experience in financial management and regulatory compliance within the cryptocurrency industry to the platform. Sara leads a team responsible for critical financial and operational functions, including payment processing. Previously, Sara was SVP Client Relationships at BillGO where she partnered with leading fintech companies including Capital One, Credit Karma and Quicken among others and was instrumental in constructing and launching a patented real-time payment solution enabling seamless transactions between customers and merchants. A passionate advocate for fintech advancements, Sara’s expertise in developing and implementing processes while navigating complex compliance and regulatory environments has informed a deep knowledge of the sector and provides a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the crypto payments space.
