Demo Requirements
The Demo Program offers a unique sponsorship opportunity, including a live demo in the general session, event admission, and post-event visibility on the PAYMENTS FORUM platform.
Selected companies will present an 8-minute live demo with no slides or videos, providing a direct, authentic engagement with attendees. Two executives per company are encouraged to deliver the demo and product explanation.

Our team will review your application, and if selected, you’ll receive an acceptance notification.
If accepted, your sponsorship contract confirmation is due within 14 days.
Your sponsorship includes your live demo in the general session, event admission, ability for discounted exhibit space, sponsor attribution on relevant marketing materials, including the event website and onsite signage.
Your demo will be featured on the PAYMENTS FORUM website for four weeks after the conference, ensuring continued visibility and engagement.
